All Terms and Conditions, and understanding of the commission process

You will be available for active communication through Twitter or Discord

You are 18 years or older

There will be no disputes or chargebacks on work without discussing with me beforehand

Once I have started work, there will be NO refunds

Any verbal abuse or harassment will result in the commission being cancelled and any payment received will be kept as restitution

I have a full-time job, and also stream. Please keep in mind that I only spend about 10 hours a week on commissions as of right now

I will not be accepting rushed commissions

I will NOT do NSFW commissions for ANY shota or loli characters. NO EXCEPTIONS

I will receive submission for your commissions through the form provided on the commissions page, it will NOT be first come first serve - I will accept those that I feel I can complete in a reasonable time with my skill level

I can refuse to do a commission for any reason and do not have to give reasoning. If I do not reach out to you after submissions are closed, please take that as your commission was not accepted

I will contact the client through Twitter with a price quote confirmation

Clients will need to have a completed PSD for rigging commissions, I will not be accepting placeholder slots

If commissioning any type of art that isn't character or outfit design, I will not accept mood boards or photo boards as character references - you will need to have a reference sheet

Payment is required upfront through PayPal once the commission is accepted - payment plans can be arranged - however I will not start on the work until the full payment is provided

I am not required to accept payment plans, and I do not have to give reasoning upon rejecting to use one

Clients will have access to Trello to see my progress in addition to any progress I send through Discord/Twitter - I will typically send a update every working session I complete however the client can request for an update at most once a week

In the case of rigging commissions, I will NOT send the cmo3 working file. No exceptions

If the client hasn't replied after 1 week of the final product delivery, the commission will be considered complete and any revisions may be an additional cost

In the case of rigging, the client can request a free session where I assist with setting up vtube studio alongside the client to make sure you can get the most out of your rigging

With any commission the client must explicitly state if the commission needs to remain confidential or if I am able to show my progress publicly. Depending on the commission, there will be a privacy charge of $50 - $100 USD

The client cannot make any changes to art or rigging I provide without talking to me first

The client CANNOT sell any art or rigging that I have worked on for any price without talking to me first. Furthermore the client CANNOT sell it for more then they purchased it for

None of my art or rigging can be used for NFTs, AI art, or as a religious or political figure or spokesperson

I must be credited for any art that I have worked on in a obvious way AND in the original post or showcase of the art

In the case of rigging or model art, I MUST be credited on any streaming platform that the client is active on, (Twitch, Onlyfans, Youtube, etc.) as well as on Twitter in a easy to see spot.

I able able to change the Terms of Service at anytime without having to notify anyone directly - however I will tweet any updates that I make
